Cambridge is a market city, and stalls have been trading at the historic market square in the city centre since the middle ages. We are lucky enough to have a market in Cambridge every day of the week.

The General Market runs Monday to Saturday in the main Market Square opposite the Guildhall. Trading between 10am and 4pm the market is a hive of activity with around 100 stalls offering a selection of goods from fruit and vegetables, vinyls, clothes, gifts and flowers to sweets, jewellery, books and recycled goods.
