What is Restaurant Week?

Love Cambridge Restaurant Week will run from Monday 14th - Friday 25th March 2022, to celebrate the city’s extensive food offer. The event is being organised by Cambridge Business Improvement District (BID), partnered with Cambridge Edition, and aims to help residents discover different places to eat by offering set menus at some of the city’s best eateries for £10, £15, £20 or Lunch for £5 (cafés only).

We need cafés, bars and restaurants to get involved by creating an offer to run for the duration of the event. As a participating venue you will be included in our in-depth online and offline marketing campaign, the Love Cambridge website and its respective social media channels.

How to Sign Up?

We are currently looking to register interested restaurants / cafés / bars who will commit to offer special lunch and dinner menus at set prices throughout the week at £10, £15, £20 or £5 lunch menu if you are a café.

Businesses looking to take part must:

  • Read the Restaurant Week info pack below which gives full details of the initiative and how it works

  • Complete submission form here and supply a fixed price set menu to the value of £10, £15, £20 or £5 if you are a café

We recommend you complete the submission form as soon as possible, so that your business and offer can be included in PR & promotion from the outset. If you want your business to feature in the Cambridge Edition coverage, the deadline for submission is Friday 4th February, 2022.

Participating restaurants/cafés offer special lunch and dinner menus at set prices. The event provides visibility and promotion opportunities while introducing new customers to restaurants and enhancing the economic vitality of Cambridge.

    The estimated economic impact of the inaugural Restaurant Week was £22,500 for the businesses involved. This year we are aiming to top that figure with our new consumer friendly website and download functionalities

  2. Great Marketing Tool

    The last Cambridge Restaurant Week had over 50 businesses provide offers which resulted in over 60,000 page views, 4,000 voucher downloads and 1,000 redemptions across Cambridge.

  3. Data Capture Opportunity

    This year we have introduced the ability to capture email data from customers who download your offer. The customers will have the option to share their email details with the restaurants involved.
