The Cambridge BID Mystery Shop programme offers exactly this, working with Storecheckers, we will conduct two mystery shop visits this year and provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of the mystery shop via a de-brief with Storecheckers and a written report delivered to you by our team of Ambassadors.

To celebrate excellence in customer service scored via our mystery shops, we hold the Cambridge BID Awards each year. In 2019, these will be on Thursday 26th September and we will be presenting awards to winners and runners up in each of the following categories:

Award winners will benefit from media coverage with our chosen media partner.

Cambridge BID also run an accreditation programme linked to the Mystery Shop scores, with certificates distributed to those businesses awarded Gold, Silver or Bronze.
