This summer we returned with live coverage of Wimbledon with screen partner Sundown Cinema from 29th June - 12th July in the CB1 area next to the Clayton Hotel. The activation was sponsored by The Hill Group and in partnership with CB1 Community.

It’s a great opportunity to bring something to an area of Cambridge with a high number of office workers as it is something for them to enjoy on their lunch break or after work.

The Copper Tree Bar attended this year to keep attendees hydrated with refreshing drinks and cocktails and Ice Cream Dreams attended with strawberries and cream on the final day. For the first time this year the Clayton Hotel provided a bar and BBQ which boosted the offer further.

At the Men’s final we saw around 250-300 people attending to watch the match and it was consistently busy throughout the whole day. Ice Cream Dreams gave out ninety portions of strawberries and cream within 15 minutes on this day too.
